4-ingredient peanut butter & raspberry cookies

I love this cookie recipe it is so quick and easy, and only needs 4 ingredients! It’s the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Makes: Approx. 6 cookies

Takes: Approx. 15 minutes

Ingredients

90g (GF) oats

3 tbsp peanut butter

3 tbsp maple syrup

Small handful of raspberries

You will need

A blender

A bowl

An oven

A lined baking tray

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 200C.

2. Blend oats into a flour like consistency.

3. Combine oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup together, pressing together using the back of a spoon until a cookie dough is formed.

4. Slice raspberries and mix into the dough.

5. Using your hands roll approx. tbsp amount of mixture into a ball. Place on the baking tray and flatten the cookie using the palm of your hand.

6. Repeat until all mixture is used up.

7. Add your cookies to the oven and bake for approx. 8 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.
